CASME is a membership-based organisation with over 10,000 corporate procurement members around the world. The brand had remained unchanged since CASME’s launch 10 years ago with an unresponsive website and out dated marketing materials. Moo Creative was appointed to create a new brand strategy and modernise the brand.
We commenced the project with a period of detailed customer research and stakeholder workshops, which culminated in the design of a contemporary new logo and tagline. We also developed a set of corporate values to go alongside the new identity. This extended into a full marketing strategy and refreshed product offering, with the design of a new suite of icons for clients to easily access CASME’s services.
We established a set of corporate brand guidelines and produced the stationery templates for its global offices, as well as the design, copywriting and production of multiple marketing materials across print and digital formats. We also took responsibility for the entire messaging and brand communications including content writing for the new corporate website, PR and social media.
By quickly developing a real understanding and empathy of the CASME business and its global client base, we were able to work effectively to deliver a complex rebrand from concept through to creative execution, and implementation across all brand touch points.
